My concern is that the logical way to say the name is cash for houses now and if they go to your site and are trying to remember then they might go to wrong site the second time thinking they remember the name.Make sure if you decide on that, that you only buy if the houses and homes versions are both available and point one to the other.WStreets is easier if you are ever going to use bandit signs.

Peter,Why not give quicken rental property manager a try. it is easy to use for expenses and income. their new version is all online now and you subscribe to it. i did not upgrade because i would rather have the desktop version. i also use quickbooks, but quicken is a lot easier to use.
