My concern is that the logical way to say the name is cash for houses now and if they go to your site and are trying to remember then they might go to wrong site the second time thinking they remember the name.Make sure if you decide on that, that you only buy if the houses and homes versions are both available and point one to the other.WStreets is easier if you are ever going to use bandit signs.

Seeing as this is the New Construction forum and a lot of the questions are some version of “how much does it cost to build X” I thought I would share some real numbers and experience from a project we currently have under construction.This project is an Accessory Dwelling - 720 sqft with one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen and small laundry room plus a screened porch.

Peter,Why not give quicken rental property manager a try. it is easy to use for expenses and income. their new version is all online now and you subscribe to it. i did not upgrade because i would rather have the desktop version. i also use quickbooks, but quicken is a lot easier to use.

You're kind of describing a version of a OL called a Sandwich LO...but you're missing a lot of parts to it.

I don't think they have set a date for the 2019 version though. 

But most leases that I've seen usually have some version of a "landlord approval" clause in there.

Is there a PM-Lite version out there that can be used just for communications when needed?  

Much like BP they have a free version and a version you can pay for.
