I’ve had zero luck finding any type of private lenders.

At first, I considered private messaging Mark Ferguson, who seems knowledgable about the area and whose blog I admire but I decided to start a discussion instead - just in case there're others in the same boat looking for similar information. 

I will often see on MeetUp or other similar forums guys post private money availability with flat rates as a solicitation.

-I recently bought a coop apartment when my Mom passed away suddenly (this was my childhood home)--I have a problem tenant.In December 2018, my Mom passed away suddenly and the owner of the coop wanted to sell the apartment fast--he offered private financing so I bought it.  

I know there isn’t a limit on how many private mortgages I can have...what I’m asking is this...Is there a limit to how many private UNSECURED notes that I can have to use for my flipping business.

I’m renting 2bd/2bth apartments in Redwood City for $3400, and yours is a townhome near google, I’m assuming with private garage plus the extra half bath. 

Actually a lot of the info you'd get from an operating statement (gross rent, expenses, NOI, etc.) is available on many listing websites like Redfin and realtor.com, albeit not as up to date as the MLS and not always accurate but that goes for all data provided by listings.Regarding MLS access: it is protected carefully with various methods such as keystroke tracking, IP address, simultaneous login etc. and agents can get in a lot of trouble for sharing their login info, which is good because within the massive database is a lot of private info that can be dangerous in the wrong hands like lockbox and security system codes.
