Since August 17th, in my area (Northern NJ), I have not shown a home that was not giving between 2 and 2.5 percent buyer compensation.

I'm a jump right in with both feet type of guy but in my experience, it's not that hard.

We'd need to pull permits to submeter the property, for example, and my understanding is it'd likely be denied due to not currently being to code.Has anyone ever dealt with this before?

I would avoid, suffered huge losses due to 6+ month vacancies between tenants and very expensive turn repairs (~4k after only 1 year).I will update this post if my experience changes for the better

Hi All -I would still consider myself a bit of a rookie, but I have been investing now for about 3 years.I currently own an 11 unit RV Park in which I own all of the units and rent them out.I have successfully completed a BRRR in Alabama with $4K left in the deal, and I am in the process of completing my first two SFH Fix & Flips in Detroit, Michigan.I am looking to build out a potential buyers list, JV partners, and just network in general with like-minded people.
