Hello,92% occupancy today, all separated (heat and electric), Laundry facilities in each building, house is in good shape, needed no maintenance today, I forgot, there are 40 garages in the back of the buildings plus plenty of parking, rents between $430-$450 (one bed) and $460-$495 (two bed)-Uwe

I went with the realtor to view the two houses I posted about in another thread.Both houses have a half finished garage conversion which should probably be converted back to a garage, also one of the houses has a medium case of mold.
