I found a foreclosure on a 2/2 1 car garage about 900 s.f. with comps in the nbhd. all at $104k to $109k.

Modern way is to 'hire' a backhoe and side dump trailer to haul her away and fill hole with dirt,,,BUT bring a heavy duty check book,it aint cheap!!

They were probably 2-3 bedroom 2 bath ranchers with attached garage, nothing fancy but good affordable housing for Tamarack's 100+ seasonal employees.

Hello,92% occupancy today, all separated (heat and electric), Laundry facilities in each building, house is in good shape, needed no maintenance today, I forgot, there are 40 garages in the back of the buildings plus plenty of parking, rents between $430-$450 (one bed) and $460-$495 (two bed)-Uwe

Wiring-less than modern 3 wire wiring will be expensive to rehab.

I went with the realtor to view the two houses I posted about in another thread.Both houses have a half finished garage conversion which should probably be converted back to a garage, also one of the houses has a medium case of mold.
