Many doctors and dentists and high earners have gone broke because they are smart in their day job and tremendously horrible with money.

It's very overwhelming but if I could get pointed in a good direction it would help tremendously.  

I happen to think that there’s tremendous investor opportunity in the city that is often over looked because so many people are attracted to the larger Phoenix metro area that’s just 100 miles away.

Austin also consistently ranks as a top city to live in, and our growth and growth potential is tremendous.

This is a tremendously obvious flaw in the majority of investors here.

I'll give some generalized advice that has helped me tremendously:-never stop actively networking.

I am not an agent nor know where to get educated in it other than through brokers and other agents, it also depends on what your goal is with being an agent to determine who to work with, EXP Realty is a virtual company with much upside so you may want to start there, I can give you a contact that will help support you tremendously there.  

They both have helped me get started tremendously.

And like Robert Ruiz mentioned, once you start gaining momentum, your reading time will be cut short tremendously.

Debt funds pre-COVID were raising a tremendous amount of capital and were in constant search of ways to differentiate themselves.
