Since then throughout the remainder of college I began to dabble and read around the BP forums, listened to a few podcasts, watched some youtube videos etc.I'm interested in rental properties, and think I have a good network in Abilene (where I went to school) to be able to have a steady flow of renters to the students and as a bonus, the real estate there is fairly inexpensive so seems like a good place for a beginner.

I’m a 22 year old student looking to strike my very first wholesale deal here in MD.

How I financed this deal is actually an interesting story...my dad had given me money to pay off my student loans.

I say this sarcastically as I know it’s always going to be hard work. 3 flips back to back so far in 2019 and 8 unit turnovers for upcoming college students is quite exhausting.  

We knew we didn't have a lot of cashflow, as we had just graduated from college and had student loans and low paying jobs.

Just for some context, this is a duplex property in southern NJ by a pretty big university (so I will likely be renting out to students).
