The lease says "If the Tenant remains in possession after the Termination date, and the Landlord accepts rent payment from the Tenant, this Lease Agreement shall become a month-to-month tenancy that renews automatically each month until it is terminated by either the Landlord or the Tenant by providing a written notice to the other party not less than 30 days before the date that tenant’s next rent payment would normally be due".

Buyer's agent works their tail off to find a buyer their dream house, seller's agent runs people in and our of seller's house, seller wants to sell, lender works their tail off to get the loan done - and then it goes to the desk of a randomly generated 3rd party whose opinion makes or breaks the deal.

.- Send the video to all interested parties and encourage them because of COVID to make a decision based on the video.- If a qualified applicant on the waitlist is ready to sign but won't sign without a showing, I coordinate to have the residents prep for showing.
