It does a really good job heating the place but definitely could get really expensive if a tenant was not concerned with conserving.It is a fairly old home and we have done a lot of repairs and updates on it.

You aren't ready to be a landlord, and your house most definitely is not ready to be a rental property.

I admit that I don't know all too much about seller financing, so I'll be looking into how this works for future opportunities.I also definitely see the value looking 50-60 miles out from major areas!
