Well, as far as a complaint, I respond by reminding them they are free to leave anytime they want.If you are talking about notifying me of a needed repair, I respond as fast as I can.

I've been active in the REI space in a couple markets now (only operating in Nashville currently), and there are always folks who are waiting for the next cool down - arguably, at some point they will inevitably be correct, but that doesn’t appear to be anytime soon in Nashville.

Anytime I see investment properties with new tenants I assume there will be problems in the near future.
