Commerce Department data show.Export declines continue to affect scrap marketBy Bill Beck - Trend Analysis - March 23, 2015Ferrous scrap exports – specifically the lack of them – continue to have an impact on the North American scrap market.In January, ferrous scrap exports were an anemic 1 million tonnes, the lowest total since last January and on track for a 12-million-tonne year.In 2014, the U.S. exported 15.3 million tonnes of ferrous scrap, the lowest annual tonnage since the down years of 2008-2009.

At the risk of making a race-based assumption - something else I can't explain is that african american males that I know are either the tenants Mike described that withdraw their applications when they hear I do a background check....or are extremely successful entrepreneurs and investors themselves.

(and I'm guessing most economists would agree)The level of intelligence of the "average American" is disgraceful, and it's time that we raise the average (or at least the median)...My guess is that intelligent people tend to vote for intelligent people, so if we were able to raise the intelligence of the average American, my guess is that we would see the intelligence of the average elected official increase as well...
