Don't be surprised if you find you have to adjust down the road (everyone has to adjust their strategy at some point).What I've read time and time again on here is that people acquire numerous smaller properties, then transition into a larger (50+ unit usually) complex which allows them to leverage on-site management efficiencies.

.$10,000 in discount points is up to you, but with a DSCR of 1.1, they're necessary to get the rate down to an acceptable ratio.There's no reason to show the adjustments to the rate but they do.Underwriting fees range from $995 to $1995 in the DSCR world.
