Very little capital.Theres a small block structure with an upstairs i wanna keep n rehab nice, but theres a big wood house attached that is pretty shoddy that needs to be nuked.The upstairs i want to add a 2/1 with living area with open kitchen, start the electrical, plumbing, HVAC from scratch, etc..I actually want to live there for a while and add value before flipping.Is there a way to officially get the wood house deemed uninhabitable for full unselective demo?
