There are multi-families that I'm seeing will cash flow similarly ($200 after expenses) that are half the cost our town home was.Let me know if you'd be up for reviewing some specific opportunities I've analyzed recently and am open to any other thoughts you have on financing options for either of these scenarios!

Jordan.. all you young Entrepreneurs need to be forming little co ops and buying dirt in the path of progress thats where fortunes are going to be made.. 

I now run several real estate and related businesses and am loving every minute of it…except for the mask mandate rules that change as fast as the weather.

I also am looking to partner with a modular builder in order to put inexpensive 1500 sq ft homes on vacant lots in Kentucky.

I am 2 conventional bank loans in and I don't mind doing it this way.

Once the 1031 exchange is completed (again assuming 1031 compliance), I am free to leverage the property in any way, without any 1031 restrictions.

I am interested in flipping properties and am wondering about  the advantage of also being a real estate agent.

I am interested in the small multi-family space, and I want to learn more about syndication.
