I do have a 9 to 5 making six figures, and all four of my rental properties are cash flowing, so I'm not sure why I keep hitting all these roadblocks. 

You are ahead of most people that buy into the courses and mentors in that you have two properties and see it works. 

@Selina GiarlaI recommend finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation, business taxation, tax planning and financial planning.You may want to consider working with your accountant remotely to expand your options.I would also recommend looking for a accountant willing to work with you throughout the year.

Then you are in the same neighborhood as locals who want nothing to do with STR's and will actively work together to run you out.
