Anyone else having trouble purchasing the state application and lease forms?

I am interested in purchasing the lease forms for Louisiana but have been having problems with the website.  It doesn't seem to allow me to put it in the cart.  Is anyone else having this issue?  Are they still selling it or do they only offer it with the pro package?
