I know you only do turnkey, but maybe with your parents, you need to BRRR to get a large amount of equity for your dad and safety for your mom. 2) There are virtual bookkeeping services that can help with everything from paperwork to full tax filings.

Virtually all properties are similar to this one.I will say that I was also a highly paid Programmer when I graduated College in 1997 and didn't need the Cash Flow to put food on the table.BUT, I will also say that if you don't need the cash flow, you can get into these kinds of lucrative properties.You can't just do the numbers.
