Thanks @Darlena Jones I agree, I think that we in the industry tend to tunnel focus on specific formulas and numbers, but in reality there are so many variable to every deal.

@Alex MartinezHere in Canada refinancing is easy, I buy with 20% down on a variable rate mortgage and my max penalty for paying out early is 3 months interest (in my case that’s around $2,000).
