Renovations $/Sq Ft. Averages Fix-N-Flip
This is almost too general of a question to ask, but I will ask it anyways.
When calculating a renovation budget, what are some basic calculations you use?

I would say between $5-$400/sf. Maybe you're only changing tiles on one bathroom on an 800 sf house or you could be removing everything and leaving 1 wall of an old house and building a 4000 sf house.
