Most of our friends have nicer cars than us (with large car payments) along with nicer furniture (and furniture payments) but they do get to "like" our status on Facebook when we are on vacation (because they cant afford to go ) !

In addition to the above, also go ahead and send her a letter to vacate (or whatever it's called in your area) stating that her lease ends on 9/30/2015 and you will not be renewing the lease.
