Put it in writing and memorialize this.I have had issues with untrustworthy people going around just talking smack and game, so I now come to the table with such things as police reports, court orders, legal records, court docket files.Some individuals even ones on this site, love to lob volleys, but coming with documents and facts always backs the case.

I know a guy who closes houses at his kitchen table (so he says) - that makes me a bit uneasy to put it lightly.Only do a deal if you are comfortable with it - play around with the numbers until you have worked a deal that you can sleep comfortably with.

Customer service from a large bank with resources -- I consider them to be a unique package in terms of getting the job done with the least amount of anxiety.

I have one offer on the table on a small REO tape now and would like to further develop yhis business line.
