The LR station will bring more foot traffic throughout the neighborhood so I would expect the city to make road improvements in the upcoming years for pedestrian accessibility. 

It's actually way easier than when I lived there, because I'm not tempted to drive over in rush hour traffic, stare at the problem for a while, haul around used appliances in my Prius...

@Coleman Cox I see a lot of out of state investor traffic in OKC in the last few years!

It's quite a different situation because mine is riverfront and 10 minutes from Sequoia, it's designed to catch the tourist traffic passing through the town, but I'd be intrigued as to what sort of occupancy you'd get in Lindsay.  

I know people who get a traffic stop and got locked up for failure to appear warrants and they impound the car. 

More people move out of NJ every year than move into it b/c of taxes, traffic, other factors.

I just dont know anything about how the maintenance costs work, how the water bill gets split, what kind of traffic to expect, etc.
