If you understand MBTI, you will know that there is nothing wrong with you, some people just make emotional decisions (Feeling) by default, and others make rational decisions (Thinking) by default.24k repair seems too low.

Reading yours and others advise does solidify it for me that I made the right decision and in the future I should not get myself in the situation where I feel bad & need to make it more clear from the beginning that not meeting requirements is rarely allowed.

Take it from a guy who's had the good fortune (or bad judgement) to buy many new cars and trucks that aren't nearly as wise of a choice as a Civic: you're decision to pick that model is an indicator that your judgement is sound and will enable you to successful in the long run.

On this side of getting my license and working in the industry, I can tell you it's not a clear black-and-white decision where having your license is obviously better.

I want to compare what my realtor has recommended and see if there is any overlapping in order to make a sound decision.  

Just look at the return that you would make and let that drive your investing decision.
