So yeah the sooner they're paid off the sooner they will cashflow better, and I'd rather have that happen in 21 years rather than 30 so I think it makes sense.

My husband and I have lived in a bad neighborhood in South Los Angeles (crime rate D) and we think that this north las vegas area is similar to where we lived in LA.
