Is there a way to maintain your standard of living within a residence while acquiring a residence premises that is an asset?

A real estate agent I know is emailing me a blank copy of your standard "sales agreement" form. it's my understanding that its fairly flexible though at this stage and pretty much any arrangement you work out with the buyer is o.k. as long as both of you agree to it.

Unfortunately I don't know any appraisers, but I will keep that info on file for when I do.

Add the late fees into the notice.Then pay the $40 1st filing at the magistrate's court and get on with it.

I've been through the file and I know what the balance is and what the bank is trying to recoup from the additional costs.

What I mean is, are the fees they charge standard around the country?

I checked the court records, they had filed for divorce, I assumed the sale was causing the divorce to hang fire (this is a community property state), and made them a low ball/slightly less than ZERO OUT offer.

I also told them at application what I expected, and how the eviction process worked: Rent is "due on the first, LATE ON THE SECOND, on the third, or at the latest the 5th, their 3 DAY LETTER, would be "nailed and mailed", on the 4th day I would be at the JPs office to file a WRIT OF FORCIBLE DETAINER, and that once I had taken that step THERE WAS NO GOING BACK.It must have worked, between 1980 (converted my first house in Houston to a rental) and 1998 (sold and seller financed my last rental in Houston, I only got to the filing stage 3 times and only had ONE TENANT SHOW UP IN COURT to contest.

A solid core door represents today’s modern standards with a keyed lock set for security, so I will add that factor in too.
