If my tenants need me to collect the rent in cash or check - there is a fee for travel charged to them in addition to administration fee for depositing the check/cash into a bank account.

My sister and I really would like to live near the big city to access more job opportunities.

Edinburgh seems to be a good 30-40 minutes from Cranberry, so you won't want to keep traveling back-and-forth to show the place.
