I am looking at a couple different avenues at the moment.

I just found out that a niece of the agent got her bid submitted the moment it went on the MLS then she was out of a touch for several days until the paperwork all went through.

Hard to sell a home right now, mind as well rent it out even if it doesn't cash-flow at the moment.

However, i also know that they have NOT been paying for at least 6 months.Now, i am the type that does not take crap from anyone and i will tell them to straighten up or else.need opinion, experiences, stories, please.never had to deal with this before. i was planning on dumping $7k in this house to fix it up, but instead i might end up collecting rent the moment i sign the docs.
