Good morning everyone. I am a 29 year old newbie from West Michigan who is looking to get into the real estate game and gain my financial freedom sooner rather than later. I am looking at a couple different avenues at the moment. First and foremost I am looking to purchase a duplex as soon as possible, I am currently renting so I figured I should start with a place to live, and try my hand at landlording (long term buy and holds are a goal of mine). While I am doing this and learning as much as I can about landlording I will also be learning about wholesaling and hopefully using that to start building a bankroll for my future real estate empire :D. I have been looking around the site for a couple of days now and have to say that this is definitely the place to be for real estate knowledge. Thanks in advance for everything you guys have already done here, and all the help I'm sure I will get as well as one day be able to give out.
