@Heather U.Are you going to have a seasoning issue with a cash out refi.  

Some banks require a certain seasoning period( period of time in which you must own the property), some have credit score restrictions.

I know it’s busy season but maybe @Basit Siddiqi can assist?

Right now I have quickbooks set up/ learning it and I have OneDrive for storage, but I am still struggling to take the time to reconcile every month.

This is what he told me:- 9% of monthly rent (no fee if unit is vacant)- Annual fee of $70 to help pay for extra staff during tax season and a few other thingThose two fees were all he mentioned.

Can someone give insight on how the 3rd floor could be made into storage so that it will pass inspection as a 4 family?

The tenants in the front one bedroom are asking to use one as a storage as they have a second baby on the way. 

If you play your cards right, you can find a lender who will allow you to use the "delayed financing" exception to do a refinance without having to wait the usual 6 month seasoning period.  

I would first see what interests you in real estate apartment, self storage or so forth.
