Hi Logan,It's great that you're down in Exeter, what a robust market - easy to sell stuff and find tenants, but hard to find properties cheap enough whereby the numbers make sense; you might have to look toward the outer commuter towns for the seacoast, like Somersworth and Rochester, to find decent values and as Matt mentioned, have your rental systems in place to stay on top of lower-end tenants.
