Does he respond to emails promptly?

I realize that properties I find on the MLS probably aren't going to give me the best returns, but running the numbers helps me come up with questions I didn't know to ask.It's great to have so many locals respond to my post, it's exciting to meet people with similar interests in the area.

I didn't want to come out and ask because I didn't know how people would respond.

I respond that its is not that they lie but rather that to be successful in this business they needed to have endless optimism.

@Tamiko Kettrles-Woods Welcome, when you are responding on a thread if you use the @ sign and start to type the name of the person you are trying to communicate with their name will appear at the bottom of the post box, click on it to start your post it should highlight the name and when you post it will notify the person you are talking to that they have a communication.

You need the cooperation of the managing agent, who, like every other New Yorker, is really busy all the time and may or may not respond to lender's emails, phone calls or letters.
