My Real Estate Agent is a nice, Lawyer, from Brazil who can't practice here, so, he becomes an Agent and continues to remind me of how Professional he is and how he has the Plan for Selling my properties that, I don't have, because I am not a Professional...Stop stepping on my feet and spitting in my face and call me back when you have a Buyer.

I said that's not how it works but i can't force them to pay rent and reminded him his lease isn't up until end of July.Now because i received no rent for this month should i be serving them a N4 form/2 weeks notice for non payment.

The fact that I'm not familiar with Indianapolis reminded me of my first week in Brazil trying to ask where to find McDonalds... we're all humans but I don't know if I'm hearing português or some type of midwestern dialect.

Make sure you remind them that you will be back every month ( you don't have to you just need them to think you are going to do an inspection so they keep the property neat and clean).

Then it took a few minutes to remind myself (or learn for the first time) what on earth reo even means?
