Would love to have a tool that communicates with all these sites using APIs and allow users to pick and choose which fields they want to include on their "investment dashboard" perhaps?

What materials are cheaper to buy wholesale, and what is easier to just pick up at the big box store?

Did they act boldly and pick up some great deals?  

Then, the one I would pick is out in Auburndale on Hwy 90, just beyond Lakeland.

Banks won't lend on it like traditional investment properties and often times unless it is agricultural or recreational, there will be limited income generated by the property until you sell it or develop on it.

@Brian Tran I can tell you from experience setting up an LLC, EIN, bank, and insurance can take as long as a month of everything goes wrong (name to close to something else and you have to pick a different one.

@Brahmjot Kohli picking a market to invest in is entirely dependent on your investment strategy and what you consider a good deal.

I have picked up a number of seller-financed deals this way.
