I would be interested to see some - I randomly pulled some from Trustees Deeds recently (pulled ones that were 'sold to third party' and then did a value analysis and the prices were way too high for me.

A lot of good people have been out of work due to the economy.So if my rent is $1000, and the HOA requires 1 month rent for security $1000, and I require 1 month rent for a security deposit for inside damages that's $3,000.At Most I will break my $1000 over 3 months as I do randomly inspect my units at least twice a year.

That covers you in case some random person claims they live there.If you did consider the tenant as abandoning the property and leaving possessions there, then you should remove the belongings at the same time you change the locks.

Where people run into a problem is by not having schedules or reports and then just having a pile of random receipts.In an ideal world, you should have detailed reports for all you expenses and then have the receipts as backup to the reports.

Each question had a dollar value assigned to it, and the values and questions were in random order, so your 1st question could be super easy for 25k, or super hard for 100 bucks, you didn't until after you answered or skipped it.
