Find a few quality ones, provide proof that you have qualified investors (cash buyers?)

I have done a lot of reading and listening and feeling a bit overwhelmed.I’d truly appreciate advise on a strategy I can use to get started on my freedom goal.I am a 15-year Architect in Tampa FL with a focus on new Residential product for national home builders.I have 2 houses and a rural property.

If so what product would you recommend?

Its much more productive to have people together when working on a difficult problem.
