Please help - - Strategy for getting started

Hello, I am new to BP and have a lot of catching up to do. I have done a lot of reading and listening and feeling a bit overwhelmed.

I’d truly appreciate advise on a strategy I can use to get started on my freedom goal.

I am a 15-year Architect in Tampa FL with a focus on new Residential product for national home builders.

I have 2 houses and a rural property.

House 1 – Rental with $200 per month cashflow. I owe $70k on it Zillow says its worth $185K

House 2 – Primary residence. I own this house free and clear. Zillow says its worh $290K

Rural Property MS – I own 30 acres Vacant with improvements (cabin and pavilions). Worth $150K

I have no money in savings now but could probably scrape up about $5K

I have a goal of $6,000 cash flow in 18 months (or sooner).

I am looking for sound advice on a strategy to get started based on my specific starting point.

I am motivated for so many family reasons. I am ready to get started right away and would value help.

Your time and consideration are greatly appreciated.
