I have doubts about taking on a mortgage at my age and whether it will affect my credit score positively or negatively.

A simple goal of 3 house with positive cash flow over the next 2 years is reality. 

The solar has the highest interest rate, but at such a low payment it would be much more beneficial to your financial position to knock out the car payment early if you can because the value of the car is depreciating. 

I've held this position full-time for about a year and another year part time.  

After we closed we got a second notice from the city , ended up being 7k, still made it out positive but 7k would of been a nice extra dinner.    

If family, work and sports have prevented you from starting you are not in a position to start.

National tenants tend to do better as their sales and profit is spread out among many stores and locations so a dip in one location with eventual upside can be a positive.Another factor is checking to see road projects coming up and if the changes will impact the traffic flow from your area.

Unfortunately, I am not in the position to offer cash, but I do have the funds for 20% down.What would be my options for this scenario?
