what other inexpensive way to get listing leads do you like without cold calling out of a phone book?

That's why you see people squatting in properties behind 1+ months in rent but talking on cell phones and driving cars with payments.

You pay them to do your taxes, the accountants that I've worked with will gladly answer a phone call or email about a question I have for free.It is very cheap to set up an LLC in Utah, but I wouldn't do your first one on your own.

Once we finally got her the phone after a few days, she claimed that no one challenges appraisals and if we wanted to be difficult - we could take our business elsewhere.Has anyone every experienced a reaction like this before?  

I got  few good pointers from him, that I didn't know...but as I said, when it came down to him "walking me thru a deal" as he promised to do, he then stopped answering his phone.  

If anyone would be interested in letting me interview them either over phone or email or even in the forum I would really appreciate it.

Often, the county/city offices responsible for permitting can be helpful over the phone as well.
