I spoke to one contractor he says he can make everything flat in that ditch by doing some grading and put filter perforated black cloth and put rip rap on top for about 3,600$ and excavator rental for 1500.I called one landscape concrete company who says rip rap rocks are about 37 tons to cover a 36 feet by 96 feet ditch(3456 square feet) about 2 big truck loads with delivery around 1950$.It cost me a total of about 7500$ which is a lot of money on my credit card to charge.

Remember that installation is the same, and when you choose a low grade material, you have to spend twice vs putting in a quality material and cross your fingers that it will last 3-5 years.
