What do you think of the video and how would you handle it in Vancouver, WA?

I'm committed, passionate, and motivated...Any advice or direction would be greatly greatly appreciated..

I just watched a really cool video about this company that literally replaces foundations.  

With my passion for investments and real estate investing, my young age didn’t matter.

There is also a ton of free information/videos that can teach this business however, choosing a good mentor was the best decision I ever made.

They have a great fishing related newsletter and tons of destination fishing related videos.

Many things can be learned from others, by taking classes, watching videos, coming to forums like this.  

so I have been listening to the pod cast for about 2 months and I finished the UBG to real estate investing and I'm figuring out a plan I have a while before I start because I am only 20 and have no credit and saving up for a down payment on my first SFR but I guess I'd just really like some advise from people who have been doing deals I'm planning on becoming a real estate agent and learn my local market but I'm finding time putting hours of research in every day I think I have watched every single video but I cant wait to get started and learn even more as I go :) 

I come from a credit repair background long story short I have put over 20K people into homes and it hit me one day I should be doing REI.My current focus is wholesaling with my partner.My personal business model is " Problem solver" meaning I'm here to help solve problems for sellers and buyers.Outside of credit repair and real estate business MAJOR labels hire me to edit music videos for their artist and do PR campaigns with them.
