Just put my first property up for rent on Craigslist in Jacksonville and within 1 hour had a call from an interested party who wants to run a daycare from the house.

I wonder if they were saying it costs about 10k for the materials to "print" the exterior walls or something, not counting the labor, overhead and machinery involved to build those walls...Not even counting the foundation, roof, utilities, trim, partition walls, doors, paint, etc. 

Not bad for all involved..

Most owners don't want to be involved for this reason.  

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.

So he is very involved and is responsive to the phone calls or emails. 

I going to guess there was a trust involved.

If you desire you could rent it M2M with a two month notice required by either party to terminate.

@Chase Gibson @Lukas Zupan  I certainly don't know Oklahoma law but I find it incredibly difficult to believe that you can be held to any contract that you were never a party to, think about it.
