The probate would typically be handled by the public administrator of the county the deceased resided in.

I gave him a call and he told that me he was just pet sitting for a friend and only had it for a couple of days.This tenant has only been with me for about 4 months now and has been a pain in the butt even before this issue.

  - garbage disposals are a pain in the a$$  - you're not really supposed to put much food down them at any one time - they're prone to clogging up and they are NASTY to clean out.

hmm is not good if he isn't familiar with the rehab part of the business... maybe ask him if he can find anther realtor to help and offer the other realtor part of the commission. that is part of the growing pains in this business.

Anyway I answered and it was a gentleman who received my direct mail.He told me that the homeowner of the home had died some time ago and he was either the administrator or executor of the estate (I was half sleep when I talking to him this morning).
