Get involved in your local REIA organization -- where there is sure to be many new investors -- and let everyone know about your background and your services.

Do you feel like your company or organization would be a good fit for a newbie like me with my current investment goals?

Get your own attorney.But from experience here's what you need to be doing right now - keep track of all correspondence and attempted correspondence and keep it organized.

I think there is a lot of potential to force appreciation in North by cleaning up the neighborhood: organize trash cleanups, organize block parties, neighborhood watch, mow lawns of vacant houses, get active in other community building organizations etc.In Saint Paul the up and coming neighborhoods I see from most to least gentrified are: Midway, W 7th, W St.

I think it's a lack of organization and time management, possibly.
