Several economists believe we will be leveling off (near bottom) and maintaining this leve for a while which would put upward pressures on the interest rate.If it does not not up then you made a little more than your calculations suggested you would, If it does go up you should still be ok because of averages of the years.

There are some older places where the remodel was last done in the 60s or 70s when paneling was considered stylish.Sometimes it will be nailed to firring strips rather than glued on too.Painting it works so long as the seams are not moving when pressure is applied to the wall (lean on the wall).Whether you paint or remove truly depends on the target marketplace and what an occupant's expectations will be.

The savings alone pays for the new system.When he takes over a property he goes in and lowers the water pressure he says you pay twice for water coming in and leaving.

the best way to take pressire off is to refi, if you can qualify, and get your $20,000 back plus some profit now. at least if you had to continue making payments you would not be under as much pressure. i also think the idea of lowering price to take profit and move on is a good idea.jim
