Main interests at the moment are multi family properties to buy and hold and also in BRRRing properties as well in the New Orleans area.  

I am currently stationed away from Tucson at the moment so the challenge for me is going to be starting out investing from a distance. 

A solid TK company should be able to connect you with references at any given moment. 

- 3-4 desks and random items from an eviction cleanup... are sitting off to the side of house/yard ( I own the lot next to my rental house ) - Today I stepped out of my vehicle to get to work on updating the home again... and the moment I step out, the 68 year old neighbor, from 3 houses down, Yells me down to converse with her.

If I had enough capital, I would go to auction, after walk through, and consider buying at auction (given I knew all possibilities of of tax liens, etc) but at this moment, my connections and capital is not adequate. 

The moment you signed the lease, both of you have the responsibility to follow the rules.

I wish I could add some more value to the community but I am afraid for the moment I am just asking Qs! 

Honestly my financial status is not great at the moment and my credit is not where it needs to be.

At the moment it is not producing an income, but could potentially produce more.

I guess I need more research and study to set a right plan and target at this moment, and your feedback really helped a lot!!!
