Hello,

My name is Kasey Gillis I’m originally from NY but recently relocated to Florida. I am brand new to the real estate game but have been reading up on wholesalers and am interested in gaining the necessary tools in order to be the very best at what I do. I work currently for Housing Authority and have been networking quite a bit. My biggest concern is really knowing where to begin and who to have on my team. Honestly my financial status is not great at the moment and my credit is not where it needs to be. I know that this will require hard work but I am a go getter with great networking skills and will not stop until I reach my goal. This business is infinite but I’d like to reach financial freedom before the new year. Everybody needs somebody, I won’t go as far as to say a mentor but advice, guidance input is all I’m asking . I always say remember to stay humble as many of you started from the bottom to get to where you are now !

Hope to hear from you 😊

@Kasey Gillis Financial freedom is different for everyone. You have to determine what that is for you. Is it a dollar amount to have in the bank? Is it a number of properties owned? Is it a specific amount of cash flow? You need to determine what that means to you and then create a plan to get from where you are to where you want to be. You also have to be prepared to take action. There is a huge difference between reading about investing in real estate and actually investing in real estate. Never stop learning, but never let learning get in the way of taking action. Anyone that tells you that you can invest in real estate with no money is lying to you. It will take some capital, some strategies are more capital intensive than others but all strategies require capital of some kind. Keep that in mind and create a budget. What can you afford to spend on building your business and marketing to find deals.
