Is there such a thing as being way too analytical instead of pulling the trigger?

I've been educating myself on real estate investing for several years and I finally pulled the trigger on an investment property.

I pulled the trigger on it for $9.

One more tip – people remember stories that trigger their emotions.

The cost of doing a study has dropped significantly due to the number of studies now being done and the experience we have, having done over 35,000 studies without triggering an audit or having a study overturned.

The only thing we could afford definitely needed some work, but we knew we would end with something beautiful and pulled the trigger.

With a bit of data massaging you can copy/paste and categorize that data into your spreadsheet.. 

At some point you need to pull the trigger and make a decision. 

Trust me I am in the same boat and almost pulled the trigger, I only did not because the new acquisition wouldn't have increased my cash flow enough to justify the increase in interest. 

No amount of book reading and watching podcasts will give you the confidence to pull the trigger on a deal
