The prices on the market are very high due to limited supply on the MLS and increased demand.My suggestions is to target a few neighborhoods and mail out letters to multifamily property owners.

Account Closed  Thanks alot and I will give the details after closing I'm still nervous that something may stall... but I always remind myself "95% of the things we worry about never happen anyway.." so hopefully my worrying about something stalling the deal won't happen and I can close this deal and move on to the next immediately thereafter.
