I'm not sure where those banks have all their locations, but it has been quite the difficult task finding a bank to work with me on this one...Now to the property managing softwares that can allow me to have multiple bank accounts to receive ACHs without paying crazy amounts of fees and providing proof of registration with the state....ugh... good luck!

I would not trust a landlord reference letter, I call prior landlords, independently verifying their contact info on tax records when I can.
