Hello BP Members,I am interested in obtaining my Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license and I wanted to found out if any existing real estate professionals can please recommend any good online and/or classroom-style courses?

Oregon has many rules.. one that most miss is that you need a developers license to fix and flip homes.. unless your a GC.. but as investors we need those..

Property management, realtor, contractor, etc.

I've recently become licensed and now I'm at the fun stage of picking a broker to work for.

On the third call I finally reached the landlord who told me he already has contractors doing the work and he was taking a potion of my deposit

-- We have a 36 bed (licensed for 41 though) - bought an existing business and have been operating it since oct 1 2017. 

If so what contractor did you use? 

Patrick Lai - I’m not a licensed PM, but I am a licensed PA/NJ Agent with Philadelphia experience.

Another thing I still need is to build my team, but I don't know if I should wait until I have the money to invest to do that.Such as look for an agent, contractor, property management, etc. 

Have any of you, as investors, obtained a business entity brokerage license along with a designated real estate broker?
