The cleaning alone..But what if it is true the leaking gas in your home is slowly poisoning your family?

I was thinking to minimize water leaks and damage, but if its hooked up properly it should be fine.

At the age you indicate, you need to be concerned with old waste lines AND tubs rusting through from the inside, where you cannot see it happening until the leaks occur!

It was the opinion of the remediation companies that the leak has been present for much longer than the 7 months we have owned the home for.

For now, we have mitigated our issues by correcting a gutter leak.  

., etc....and even with lots of skill and preparation, things will still go wrong (vacancy, plumbing leaks, bad tenants, etc.).

Would you be willing to wake up at 2 am to fix a leaking toilet for 125 a month?
